What happens when a brunch is enjoyed in a lazy Sunday:
Well it happens that the coziness of Sunday makes you get even more creative in the gourmet zone.
It is almost like your senses get sharper, your imagination gets loose and the final result may astound even you.
Simple ingredients from farmer’s markets, freshly baked buns from the bakery, and a lot of “you” in the moment.
Loving the ingredients and perfectly balancing them make the produce to somehow “love you back”.
You get so spoiled, so comforted by an innocent “delayed breakfast”…
Or, how they call it these days: a brunch.
